Terms of service

Terms and conditions

These terms cover buying from Avanelle and using our website. Our Refund policy, Subscription policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy form part of them — where a detail is set out there, that version governs.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Avanelle Health LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, filing number 2025-001844812, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 (307) 533 4134. Where “we”, “us” or “Avanelle” appear below, that is who is meant.

2. Who can buy

You need to be at least 18 and buying as a consumer, for yourself or your household. We do not sell for resale and may decline or cancel orders that appear to be for resale. We ship to the countries offered at checkout.

3. How an order becomes a contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it — the contract forms when we email you that your order has been dispatched, and only for the items in that email. Until then we may decline the order and will refund you in full if we do.

We might decline because an item is out of stock, because a price or description was wrong, because we cannot ship to your address, or because the order or payment does not look genuine.

4. Prices, tax and duties

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you are buying in and include any tax we are required to charge. We cover import duties, taxes and customs charges on delivery, so nothing further is due when your parcel arrives.

Prices can change, but never after you have ordered — the price that applied when you placed the order is the price for that order. If we spot a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Paying

Payment is taken when you order. If it fails or is reversed we may hold or cancel the order. Your card details go to our payment providers, not to us — we never see or store them.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and run from dispatch. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you have asked to receive it. If a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will put it right under the refund policy.

7. Subscriptions, returns and cancelling

How subscriptions renew, the 21-day minimum term, cancelling, and what is returnable and what is not are all set out in our Subscription policy and Refund policy, which form part of this contract. Those are the only places those rules live.

8. What the product is, and what we do not claim

Avanelle gummies are a food supplement, not a medicine. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily amount. Keep out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication, or have a kidney condition or any other health concern, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before taking creatine. Nothing on our site or in our emails is medical advice.

Where we describe what creatine does, we use only wording permitted for that claim under applicable food law, at the stated daily intake. Individual results vary and we do not promise any particular outcome.

9. If something is wrong with what you receive

You have legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or do not arrive. Those rights sit above anything in these terms and we do not limit them. In practice: tell us within 30 days and we will replace or refund in full, as set out in the refund policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Except where the law provides otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under applicable product liability law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses — these terms are for consumers.

11. Your account and our site

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not misuse the site — no scraping, no interference, no unlawful use. We may suspend an account being used for fraud, abuse, or systematic returns.

Everything on the site — brand, text, images, design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it; you may not reuse it commercially without permission.

12. Privacy

What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changing these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order — a change never applies backwards. For ongoing subscriptions we will tell you before a significant change takes effect and you can cancel before it does.

14. Law, and where a dispute goes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

If you are a consumer, that does not take anything away from you. You keep every mandatory protection of the country you live in, and you can always bring proceedings in your local courts. We will only bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If we cannot resolve something directly, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution body in your country. Please write to us first at hello @ avanellelab.com.

15. Odds and ends

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given it up. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our control. This contract is between you and us; nobody else can enforce it.
