AVANELLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy clearly outlines the distinction between our first-order satisfaction guarantee and our strict "no-return" policy for recurring subscription orders.


1. THE 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (FIRST ORDER)

We offer a simple 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your FIRST ORDER. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase:

  • ACTION: Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

  • RESOLUTION: At our discretion, we will issue a REFUND, REPLACEMENT, or STORE CREDIT.

  • LIMITATION: This applies ONLY to your very first purchase from Avanelle.


2. RECURRING ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

For all subsequent and recurring subscription orders, the following terms apply:

  • NO RETURNS: Recurring orders are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once a subscription order is processed, the sale is final.

  • NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS: To ensure your request is processed immediately and accurately, cancellations cannot be handled via email. * SELF-MANAGEMENT: You must LOGIN to your Avanelle account portal to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription.

  • DEADLINE: Cancellations must be completed BEFORE the next scheduled billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that cycle.

4. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

The "no return" policy for recurring orders does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • If your product arrives with a broken seal or transit damage, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

  • We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.


5. REFUND PROCESSING (FIRST ORDERS ONLY)

  • SHIPPING: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • TIMELINE: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
